This picture was taken on my first day at Saint Mary (Pre-School Class) in Helwan, Cairo.
I still remember that day.
While most of my classmates were upset about leaving their parents, I was genuinely excited, it felt like the start of something new.
Curious, observant, and ready to explore.
I also still remember the kid sitting behind me in this photo.
His name was Ramadan.
Strange how some moments stay with you for years.
Looking back, I realize something:
That mindset never really changed.
New place. New challenge. New problem.
Same reaction; curiosity over fear.
Some see pressure. Others see opportunity.
